Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 583 — When one of you visits his brother
«إذا زار أحدكم أخاه فجلس عنده فلا يقومن حتى يستأذنه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you visits his brother and sits with him, let him not get up (to leave) until he has sought his permission."
"When one of you visits his brother and sits with him, let him not get up (to leave) until he has sought his permission."
