«ما منكم من أحد إلا ومعه شيطان قالوا: وأنت يا رسول الله؟ قال: وأنا إلا أن الله أعانني عليه فأسلم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Each one of you has a devil attached to him." The Companions said: "And you as well, O Messenger of Allah?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Me as well, but Allah helped me against him, so he submitted."
