«إذا ركعت فضع كفيك على ركبتيك حتى تطمئن وإذا سجدت فأمكن جبهتك من الأرض حتى تجد حجم الأرض»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When you bow, place both your palms on your knees until you are at rest (in bowing); and when you prostrate, place your forehead firmly on the ground until you feel the firmness of the ground."
