«ما من عبد يسجد لله سجدة إلا كتب الله له بها حسنة وحط عنه بها سيئة ورفع له بها درجة فاستكثروا من السجود»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There is no servant who makes a single prostration for Allah except that Allah records for him a good deed because of it, removes from him a sin and raises him by one degree. So prostrate abundantly."
