«ما من رجل يلي أمر عشرة فما فوق ذلك إلا أتى الله مغلولا يده إلى عنقه فكه بره أو أوثقه إثمه أولها ملامة وأوسطها ندامة وآخرها خزي يوم القيامة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There is no man who takes charge of the affairs of ten people or more except that he will come to Allah with his hand tied to his neck; then his righteousness will release him or his sin will bind him further. Its beginning is blame, its middle is regret, and its end is disgrace on the Day of Resurrection."
