«ما من دعوة يدعوبها العبد أفضل من: اللهم إني أسألك المعافاة في الدنيا والآخرة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There is no supplication a servant makes that is more excellent than this supplication: 'Allahumma inni as'aluka al-mu'afata fid-dunya wal-akhirah' (O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter)."
