«ما من أمير عشرة إلا وهو يؤتى به يوم القيامة مغلولا حتى يفكه العدل أو يوبقه الجور»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There is no leader appointed over ten people except that he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection bound, then his justice will release him or his oppression will destroy him."
