«ما من إمام أو وال يغلق بابه دون ذوي الحاجة والخلة والمسكنة إلا أغلق الله أبواب السماء دون خلته وحاجته ومسكنته»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There is no ruler or governor who closes his door to the needy, the destitute and the poor except that Allah will close the gates of the heaven to his need, his want and his poverty."
