«ما جلس قوم مجلسا لم يذكروا الله تعالى فيه ولم يصلوا على نبيهم إلا كان عليهم ترة فإن شاء عذبهم وإن شاء غفر لهم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whenever people sit in a gathering in which they neither remember Allah Almighty nor send blessings upon their Prophet, it will be a cause of loss for them; then, if Allah wills, He will punish them, and if He wills, He will forgive them."
