" ما بعث الله من نبي ولا كان بعده من خليفة إلا كان له بطانتان: بطانة تأمره بالمعروف وتنهاه عن المنكر وبطانة لا تألوه خبالا فمن وقي بطانة السوء فقد وقي"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Allah has not sent any prophet, nor has there been any caliph after him, except that he has two inner circles: one circle that commands him to do good and forbids him from evil, and one circle that spares no effort in bringing ruin upon him. So whoever is saved from the evil circle has truly been saved."
