Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 545 — When my Companions are mentioned
«إذا ذكر أصحابي فأمسكوا وإذا ذكرت النجوم فأمسكوا وإذا ذكر القدر فأمسكوا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When my Companions are mentioned (critically), restrain (your tongues); when the stars (and their supposed influence) are mentioned, remain silent; and when predestination (qadar) is debated, refrain from it."
