«ليست السنة بأن لا تمطروا ولكن السنة أن تمطروا وتمطروا ولا تنبت الأرض شيئا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Drought does not mean that you receive no rain; rather, drought is that you receive rain, abundant rain, yet the earth grows nothing at all."
