«ليس للقاتل شيء وإن لم يكن له وارث فوارثه أقرب الناس إليه ولا يرث القاتل شيئا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There is nothing for the killer. If he (the slain) has no heir, then his heir is the person closest to him, and the killer inherits nothing at all."
