«ليس على المنتهب ولا على المختلس ولا على الخائن قطع»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There is no punishment of cutting off the hand for the plunderer, nor for the one who snatches something stealthily, nor for the one who betrays a trust."
