«لقد أوذيت في الله وما يؤذى أحد وأخفت في الله وما يخاف أحد ولقد أتت علي ثلاثون من بين يوم وليلة وما لي ولبلال طعام يأكله ذوكبد إلا شيء يواريه إبط بلال»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I have been harmed in the path of Allah as no one else has been harmed, and I have been made to fear in the path of Allah as no one else has been made to fear. Thirty days and nights passed over me when Bilal and I had nothing that a living creature could eat, except something that Bilal could hide under his armpit."
