«لقد أعجبني أن تكون صلاة المسلمين واحدة حتى لقد هممت أن أبث رجالا في الدور ينادون الناس لحين الصلاة وحتى هممت أن آمر رجالا يقومون على الآطام ينادون المسلمين بحين الصلاة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"It pleased me greatly that the time of the Muslims' prayer should be one, so much so that I resolved to send men into the houses to call people when the time of prayer came, and I even resolved to order men to stand on the fortresses and call the Muslims at the time of prayer."
