«لتركبن سنن من كان قبلكم شبرا بشبر وذراعا بذراع حتى لو أن أحدهم دخل جحر ضب لدخلتم وحتى لوأن أحدهم جامع امرأته بالطريق لفعلتموه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"You will certainly follow the ways of those who came before you, span by span and cubit by cubit, to the extent that if one of them entered a lizard's hole, you too would enter it, and if one of them had intercourse with his wife in the road, you too would do the same."
