«كان يلبس النعال السبتية ويصفر لحيته بالورس والزعفران»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would wear sandals of tanned leather and dye his beard yellow with wars and saffron."
