«كان يتعوذ من جهد البلاء ودرك الشقاء وسوء القضاء وشماتة الأعداء»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would seek refuge from severe trial, from being overtaken by misery, from an evil decree, and from the gloating of enemies."
