«كان لا يصلي المغرب حتى يفطر ولو على شربة من الماء»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would not pray Maghrib without first breaking his fast, even if only with a sip of water."
