"إذا حج الصبي فهي له حجة حتى يعقل فإذا عقل عليه حجة أخرى وإذا حج الأعرابي فهي له حجة فإذا هاجر فعليه حجة

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a child who has not reached puberty performs Hajj, it counts for him as a (voluntary) Hajj until he comes of age (reaches puberty); when he reaches puberty, another (obligatory) Hajj is due from him. And when a Bedouin performs Hajj, it is a Hajj for him; then when he migrates, another Hajj is due from him."
