«كان لا يدع صوم أيام البيض في سفر ولا حضر»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) did not leave the fasts of the White Days (the 13th, 14th and 15th of every month), neither when travelling nor when at home."
