«كان أكثر ما يصوم الاثنين والخميس فقيل له؟ فقال: الأعمال تعرض كل اثنين وخميس فيغفر لكل مسلم إلا المتهاجرين فيقول: أخروهما»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) fasted most often on Monday and Thursday. He was asked about this, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Deeds are presented every Monday and Thursday, and every Muslim is forgiven except two people who have cut off relations with each other, and Allah Almighty says: Give these two respite.'"
