«كان إذا عرس وعليه ليل توسد يمينه وإذا عرس قبل الصبح وضع رأسه على كفه اليمنى وأقام ساعده»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"When he (peace and blessings be upon him) halted to rest during the night, he would lie down with his head on his right hand, and when he halted shortly before dawn, he would place his head on the palm of his right hand and keep his forearm upright."
