Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 475 — When the circumcised part passes beyond
«إذا جاوز الختان الختان فقد وجب الغسل»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When the circumcised part passes beyond the circumcised part (that is, when the private parts of the man and the woman meet), the ritual bath (ghusl) becomes obligatory."
