«كان إذا رفع رأسه من الركوع في صلاة الصبح في آخر ركعة قنت»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"When he (peace and blessings be upon him) raised his head from bowing in the last rak'ah of the Fajr prayer, he would recite the qunut."
