«كان إذا بعث أحدا من أصحابه في بعض أمره قال: بشروا ولا تنفروا ويسروا ولا تعسروا»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"When he (peace and blessings be upon him) sent one of his Companions for some task, he would say: 'Give glad tidings and do not drive people away, and make things easy and do not make them difficult.'"
