«كان إذا اطلع على أحد من أهل بيته كذب كذبة لم يزل معرضا عنه حتى يحدث توبة»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"When he (peace and blessings be upon him) came to know that someone from his household had told a lie, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would keep turning away from him until he repented."
