«إذا جاء أحدكم إلى مجلس فأوسع له فليجلس فإنها كرامة أكرمه الله بها وأخوه المسلم فإن لم يوسع له فلينظر أوسع موضع فليجلس فيه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you comes to a gathering and room is made for him, let him sit there, for it is an honour with which Allah Almighty and his Muslim brother have honoured him. And if room is not made for him, let him look for the most spacious place and sit there."
