«الكبائر: الشرك بالله وقتل النفس وعقوق الوالدين ألا أنبئكم بأكبر الكبائر؟ قول الزور»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The major sins are: associating partners with Allah, killing a soul, and disobedience to parents. Shall I not tell you of the greatest of the major sins? It is (speaking) false words."
