«كيف بكم بزمان يوشك أن يأتي يغربل الناس فيه غربلة ويبقى حثالة من الناس قد مرجت عهودهم وأماناتهم واختلفوا وكانوا هكذا؟ - وشبك بين أصابعه - تأخذون بما تعرفون وتدعون ما تنكرون وتقبلون على أمر خاصتكم وتذرون أمر عامتكم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"How will you be in a time that is soon to come, in which people will be sifted out as though through a sieve and only the dregs of people will remain, whose covenants and trusts will have become confused; they will fall into disagreement and become like this - and he (peace and blessings be upon him) interlaced his fingers -? At that time, hold to what you recognise and leave what you consider (false), turn to your own particular affairs and leave the affairs of the general public."
