«فضلت على الأنبياء بخمس: بعثت إلى الناس كافة وادخرت شفاعتي لأمتي ونصرت بالرعب شهرا أمامي وشهرا خلفي وجعلت لي الأرض مسجدا وطهورا وأحلت لي الغنائم ولم تحل لأحد قبلي»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I have been favoured over the Prophets with five things: I have been sent to all people; I have kept my intercession in reserve for my Ummah; I have been helped by awe cast (into the enemy) at a distance of a month's journey ahead of me and a month's journey behind me; the earth has been made for me a place of prostration and a means of purification; and the spoils of war have been made lawful for me, which were not made lawful for anyone before me."
