«ابن آدم ستون وثلاثمائة مفصل على كل واحد منها في كل يوم صدقة فالكلمة الطيبة يتكلم بها الرجل صدقة وعون الرجل أخاه على الشيء صدقة والشربة من الماء يسقيها صدقة وإماطة الأذى عن الطريق صدقة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The human body has 360 joints, and every day charity is due for each one of them. So a good word that a person speaks is charity; a man helping his brother with something is charity; a drink of water that he gives someone is charity; and removing something harmful from the road is charity."
