«العجماء جرحها جبار والبئر جبار والمعدن جبار وفي الركاز الخمس»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"An injury caused by an animal carries no liability, a well carries no liability, a mine carries no liability, and on buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth."
