«الضالة واللقطة تجدها فانشدها ولا تكتم ولا تغيب فإن وجدت ربها فأدها وإلا فإنما هو مال الله يؤتيه من يشاء»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A stray animal or a lost item that you find, announce it; do not conceal it and do not make it disappear. If you find its owner, return it to him; otherwise it is the wealth of Allah, which He gives to whomever He wills."
