«ضع يمينك على المكان الذي تشتكي فامسح بها سبع مرات وقل: أعوذ بعزة الله وقدرته من شر ما أجد في كل مسحة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Place your right hand on the spot where there is pain, then wipe it over seven times, and with each wipe say: 'A'udhu bi'izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajid' (I seek refuge in the might of Allah and His power from the evil of the pain that I feel)."
