«الصرعة كل الصرعة الذي يغضب فيشتد غضبه ويحمر وجهه ويقشعر شعره فيصرع غضبه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The true wrestler is the one who becomes angry, and his anger becomes intense, his face turns red and his hair stands on end, yet he still throws down his anger."
