«صيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر صيام الدهر وهي أيام البيض: صبيحة ثلاث عشرة وأربع عشرة وخمس عشرة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Fasting three days of every month is equal to fasting perpetually, and they are the White Days: the mornings of the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth."
