«إذا أكل أحدكم طعاما فليلعق أصابعه فإنه لا يدري في أي طعامه تكون البركة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When any of you eats food, he should lick his fingers, for he does not know in which part of his food the blessing lies."
