Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 382 — When any of you eats food, he should

«إذا أكل أحدكم طعاما فليلعق أصابعه فإنه لا يدري في أي طعامه تكون البركة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When any of you eats food, he should lick his fingers, for he does not know in which part of his food the blessing lies."
