«إذا أكل أحدكم طعاما فليذكر اسم الله فإن نسي أن يذكر الله في أوله فليقل: بسم الله على أوله وآخره»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When any of you eats food, he should mention the name of Allah. If he forgets to mention the name of Allah at the beginning, he should say: 'Bismillahi 'ala awwalihi wa akhirihi' (In the name of Allah, at its beginning and its end)."
