«صل بصلاة أضعف القوم ولا تتخذ مؤذنا يأخذ على أذانه أجرا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Lead the prayer in a manner (as light as) the weakest person can bear, and do not appoint a mu'adhdhin who takes a wage for his adhan."
