«الشفعة فيما لم تقع فيه الحدود فإذا وقعت الحدود فلا شفعة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Pre-emption applies where boundaries have not yet been fixed; once the boundaries are fixed, there is no pre-emption."
