«السحور أكله بركة فلا تدعوه ولو أن يجرع أحدكم جرعة من ماء فإن الله وملائكته يصلون على المتسحرين»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Eating the pre-dawn meal (suhur) is a blessing, so do not abandon it, even if one of you only takes a single sip of water, for Allah and His angels send blessings upon those who eat the pre-dawn meal."
