«الرؤيا الصالحة من الله والحلم من الشيطان فإذا رأى أحدكم شيئا يكرهه فلينفث حين يستيقظ عن يساره ثلاثا وليتعوذ بالله من شرها فإنها لا تضره»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A righteous dream is from Allah and a bad dream is from Satan. So when one of you sees something he dislikes, let him (lightly) spit dryly to his left three times as soon as he wakes up, and seek refuge with Allah from its evil; then it will not harm him."
