«رب قائم حظه من قيامه السهر ورب صائم حظه من صيامه الجوع والعطش»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"It may be that the share of one who stands (in prayer) from his standing is only wakefulness, and it may be that the share of a fasting person from his fast is only hunger and thirst."
