«خير الدعاء يوم عرفة وخير ما قلت أنا والنبيون من قبلي: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The best supplication is the supplication on the day of Arafah, and the best words that I and the prophets before me have said are: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir' (There is no true god except Allah, He is alone, He has no partner; His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He has power over all things)."
