«تستأمر اليتيمة في نفسها فإن سكتت فهو إذنها وإن أبت فلا جواز عليها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"An orphan girl is to be asked for her permission regarding her marriage; if she remains silent, that is her permission, and if she refuses, there is no compulsion upon her."
