«إذا اختلف البيعان وليس بينهما بينة فهو ما يقول رب السلعة أو يتتاركان»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When the buyer and the seller fall into disagreement and neither of them has any witness, the decision will be what the owner of the goods says, or else the two of them abandon the sale."
