«الأرض أرض الله والعباد عباد الله من أحيا مواتا فهي له»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The land is Allah's land and the servants are (also) Allah's servants. Whoever brings barren (dead) land to life, it belongs to him."
