«إذا أتى الرجل القوم فقالوا له: مرحبا فمرحبا به يوم القيامة يوم يلقى ربه, وإذا أتى الرجل القوم فقالوا له: قحطا فقحطا له يوم القيامة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a man comes to a people and they say 'welcome' to him, there will be a welcome for him too on the Day of Resurrection, when he meets his Lord. And if a man comes to a people and they say words of rebuke and rejection to him, then on the Day of Resurrection there will be rejection and rebuke for him too."
